Beef Taco Casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef/ground turkey
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 can (14 1/2) oz diced tomatoes with green chilis
8 corn tortillas cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
3 green onions, chopped (about 1/3 cup)
sour cream

Instructions:
Brown ground beef in 2 batches in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to separate meat. Drain.  Miz beef, soup, water, tomatoes and tortillas in 3 1/2 to 5 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7  to 8 hours. Stir in cheese. Cover and cook 5 minutes.  Sprinkle with green onions and serve with sour cream.
