Cajun Chicken Club

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbl fat free mayo
8 tomato slices
4 pieces lettuce
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
8 light bread, toasted
8 cooked turkey bacon strips

Flatten chicken, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.  Grill chicken 5 minutes on either side 5 minutes or until juice runs clear.  Layer on bread with tomato, bacon, chicken and mayo.
