Ingredients:
1 pkg (16 oz) rigatoni
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef/ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups (16 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 cans (15 oz) each pizza sauce
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 package sliced turkey pepperoni
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Drain pasta; place in 5 qt crock pot. Stir in beef mixture, cheese, pizza sauce, soup and pepperoni. Cover and cook on low 2 -3 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
