Crab Rangoon Spread

40 won ton squares
grated parmesan cheese
2 tbl milk
6 oz crabmeat (if canned, rise & drain)
sweet and source sauce (optional)
3 - 4 tbl butter, melted
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbl chopped parsley or green onion

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly brush cookie sheet with melted butter. Cut won ton squares in half.  Arrange rectangles in prepared pan.  Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan.  Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden bornw.  Cool on paper towels.  Repeat with remaining won ton squares.

Place cream cheese in glass bowl and soften in microwave on high 1 -2 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic powder.  When well-blended, stire in crabmeat and parsley. Heat 1 -3 minutes longer until thorougly heated.  Sprad mixture in shallow serving dish.  Top mixture with sweet and source sauce, if desire.  Serve heated spread with wonton crackers.
